    Proper Function (2000)

I have the following in a query:
    PA: IIf([tblContractHolder].[PA Counties]=" ","Other",[tblContractholder.PA Counties]).

The field "PA Counties" is all caps. Using the above, is there a way to put the function Proper into that definition for PA so that I can change all caps to just the first letter caps and the rest lower case?

    Yep, use the StrConv function.

    PA: IIf([tblContractHolder].[PA Counties]=" ","Other",StrConv([tblContractholder].[PA Counties],3))

(The second argument for StrConv can be 1 for UPPER CASE, 2 for lower case, and 3 for Proper Case)

Thank you so much for your help. Trying to convert over 300 reports from SAS to Access and I just got 9 pages of formatting changes to the reports. I am ready to scream. You have saved me so many times from jumping off the bridge. Thank you, thank you!!!!
