Saving Pics in MAC/PC (Mac 2 PC WORD 2003)
I have a User who emailed me a printscreen. She received a Word DOC from a MAC-Office 2003 users. My User was able to open the file on her MAC OS-X. The file contained a diagram with some circles marking changes.
When it is saved as a Windows Word 2000 file, the diagram is missing but the circles are there... see picutre. Note the Circle where a person is pointing out something on the chart, but the chart is not showing up behind it.
The following error message is shown.
The server application, source file, or item cannot be found. Make sure the application is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.
How should the file be created and saved in WORD MAC2003 so it can ve transferred over to Windows XP???

Does Word for the Mac have the ability to cut the diagram to the clipboard, then Edit | Paste Special... as a picture? (Do this on a copy of the document!)
