    Sending Mail from Access (2003)

We have a number of Access databases that use the email address from a table to send emails via Outlook. In previous versions of Outlook this didn't cause any problems.

However, in 2003, a message keeps popping up for every message.
"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?"

As we can send over 1000 emails at any one time to a selected grouping of clients (we are an Australian Government department), this is obviously impractical. Therefore, how does one either over-ride this programatically within Access or disable it in Outlook?

    Thank you

    Robin
