Sharing Contacts (WinXP - Office 2003)

I need to set up an Outlook Contacts Address Book that can be shared over a LAN using remote desktop connection on a cable modem connection. Can I do this? If so, how? Can I place it on the server so that it can be maintained in a single place or do I have to export the PAB to each workstation every time it's updated?

The Address Book will be used by various people at a small inn and keeping the process very simple is a key requirement.

I am not able to test run this, but you could look at setting up an Addresses only PST on the server. This PST could then be opened as part of the set-up for each of the Users, with the show as Outlook Address Book option enabled. I believe the only way you could enable simultaneous access would be to make the PST Read-Only. That, unfortunately, would not keep the updating process simple. HTH
