I need to set up an Outlook Contacts Address Book that can be shared over a LAN using remote desktop connection on a cable modem connection. Can I do this? If so, how? Can I place it on the server so that it can be maintained in a single place or do I have to export the PAB to each workstation every time it's updated?
The Address Book will be used by various people at a small inn and keeping the process very simple is a key requirement.
