    SaveAs Problem (Word2002 SP1)

We have Word templates saved on a shared drive. User A will fire up a template, make changes and then attempt to do a SaveAs and gets the following error message: "The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings." User B will go through the same process without getting the error message. We have checked macro security settings and removed SaveAs from the file menu and put back. User A was having this problem with two different templates but after running Ad-Aware and Spybot the second template worked fine. We are extremely frustrated and have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Is the check box "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" in the Trusted Sources tab of Tools | Macro | Security... ticked for User A?

Is there a macro named FileSaveAs in
    - The template causing the problems.
    - User A's Normal.dot
    - A global template/add-in for User A (User A can look in Tools | Templates and Add-ins to see which are installed)
Such a macro would overrule the built-in File | Save As command.

One way to work around any FileSaveAs macro is to use the macros dialog's access to built-in Word commands. Alt+F8, then change the "Macros in" drop down to "Word commands", then choose FileSaveAs from the list and hit Run.
