One of our business areas has form letters and just got Office XP SP3 installed in about 6 - 8 pcs.
The unit has business letters (form letters) that are opening up with Final Showing Markup on all the 6 - 8 pcs.
The unit really wants Final instead of Final Showing Markup. Office XP was deployed to the business area and 6 - 8 users have the same problem"
What is the default setting? Is there a way to global change the setting to Final (there are up to 100 documents that would need to be changed).
The way I see Word is that Final Showing Markup seems to be the default.; is that correct?
