    Can't open E2K file in E2K3 (Excel 2003/SP1)

This is the only file that I've experienced this with. It seems like anyone who is using Excel 2003 cannot open this Excel 2000 file. It opens fine in Excel 2000, but when you attempt to open it in Excel 2003 you get the error message that I've provided in the attachment. I have searched MS's KB and Googled this but can't find anything. Do you have any ideas?

The file most likely contains some corruption that XL2k does not notice. Try saving a copy of the file in HTML format from XL2k. Now, either open the HTML file in XL2003 or open the HTML file in XL2k and save it as a normal .xls file again and open that in XL2003.

Well, I saved it as a web page on the W2K machine, than saved that web page back as an excel file and it seems to have worked. Who'd a thunk???
