Mouse-over to activate window (Home Ed. v.2002 SP2)

I read about this XP feature recently and applied it to my laptop; now I want to turn it off and cannot remember where I read about it, nor can I find where to turn it off. Changing the ActiveWindowTracking flag in the Registry doesn't make any difference. Can anyone help?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You can enable/disable this in the free utility TweakUI for Windows XP (downloadable from Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP).

Many thanks. I suspected it had been set in either TweekUI or Tweak-XP, and I obviously missed it in searching through the many settings.
