Printing forms with subforms (Access 2003)

    Hi,

I am printing a form with a subform on it. The subform can have multiple records for each single record on the main form. I have set up a command button to print the current form view but when i do this it prints all of the sub forms in a row rather than just the one on current view which is what i was after. I had set up the form so that it fitted nicely on to one page but the sub forms just run over and continue printing. Is there any way to just print the current view i.e. current subform view only?

    Thanks again.

Use a report / subreport and set the criteria to the unique key of the record.

Another possibility would be to select the record and print the selection.

    DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSelectRecord
    DoCmd.PrintOut acSelection
