Company name misssing from contact (2003 SP 1)

If I insert an address from my contact list into a Word document, the company name is included. If, however, I go to Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels and insert the address from the address book icon to print an envelope, the company name is not included. I've checked to make sure that the Autotext entry AddressLayout correctly includes company name. Any help is appreciated!

You won't believe this! Microsoft's workaround, at least for us Word 2002 users, is to copy and paste the address: WD2002: Insert Address Button Does Not Use AddressLayout AutoText Entry. I can't believe this remains broken in Office 2003..

I do not believe the MSFT knows what works or doesn't work yet they proceed to meerily add bells and whistles to the software that hardily anyone in the corporate world will use. Their project management staff should take a deep breath and fix what's wrong before adding new stuff.
