My last post was not very intelligent in the choice of Subject, so I am reposting it.
I have emailed a group of colleagues and one of the intended recipients has had an automatic reply generated by Mailer-Daemon with his message Out of Office until>>> . I am aware of what a Daemon is but I would like to know how to access this utility.

Out of Office is part of Outlook (not OE) and requires the use of Exchange.
Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
