Re: Std Upgrade from 2000SBE Problem

oem's don't typically qualify for upgrade purchasing. i'm not aware of any workarounds.

do you have office installed or just using the oem cd? it might work if it's installed.

Re: Std Upgrade from 2000SBE Problem

Thank you. I had already uninstalled it. I used one of my retail O2K Pro CDs to do the upgrade.

Cheaperoffice.com's website posted MS's XP upgrade policy, and it reads that O2K SBE DOES qualify for the upgrade.... Go figure.

all retail versions qualify. No OEMs do. AFAIK, academic versions do not qualify either.

Std Upgrade from 2000SBE Problem (XP)

The XP Standard Upgrade would NOT accept my Dell OEM Office 2000 Small Business as a qualifying product. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
