List Box from Excel File (2003)

How do I create a Listbox in Word that reads the data from an Excel spreadsheet? The sample of the spreadsheet is attached. I want the user to make a selection, then I will populate variables based on the row contents.

    Thanks!

Re: List Box from Excel File (2003)

(Edited by HansV to make URL clickable - see <!help=19>Help 19<!/help>)

I found sample code for exactly this at the following link (once again, I need to search for answer longer):

    http://www.vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=179

This will not work for my particular application because there are someitmes 3000+ records to choose from and it takes too long to build the list. The quickest way will be for the user to open the Excel file and leave it open, then I will have them copy the record to the clipbard and get the data from the clipboard instead.
