Update Query Running in Background (A2002)

    Hello All,
I have read some posts other places kind of talking about this but I need something a little different......
I need to run a update query on a timer but I need all the form interaction stuff to not show up. What I am talking about is the message that says you are running an update query that will change your table, blah blah blah...... I need it to run unattended no matter what. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,
    Mark

That's what the SetWarnings is about:

In VBA you can turn the messages off with:
    DoCmd.SetWarnings False

You may want to turn them back on after the query has been run - if so make the False a True and all will be happy.
