    Outlook Journal (Office XP)

The more I use Outlook, the more I like it instead of O.E., but the more confused I get too.
I really like using the journal, to corroberate things. My problem though is this. I have created 4 mailing groups, that I click on and send to people. I have all of the peoples' names checked in the journal, but I do not see an entry in the journal, nor do I see the "groups" listed in the "For these contacts". Is there something that I am not doing correctly or is that just not possible?
    Thanks

    Re: Outlook Journal (Office XP)

In Outlook 2003 it's possible to select a Journal Item, choose Insert|Item|Shortcut and then select a Distribution List. Is that what you are after? HTH
