Insert Date - Format (Office 2003)

Hi,

Is there a way of changing the default date format that results when I use the "Insert Date" button in word?
The default is "Short Date" & I'd prefer the "Long Date"

Hi Neville

Select "Insert>Date and Time..." from the menus. Choose your desired date format and click default.
