The background colours for Toolbars are controlled by your Windows settings - and are always uniform. The best you can do is to customise the colours for the Icons on the Toolbars.HTH

Control Panel|Settings|Display|Appearance|Advanced|Menu. This will also change your settings for every Windows Toolbar. Hope That Helps

    All,
In the post for 469274, I asked for a method of adding a toolbar. Is it possible to change the backgroud color of that toolbar?

    Hans,
You assisted me with adding a toolbar at startup of the file, and I am wanting (if possible) to change the background color of that specific bar so as to draw attention to it for my users.

    Thanks,
    Brad

As unkamunka explained, the way a toolbar looks is not determined by Excel or by your code, but by the user's Windows display settings. In other words, you cannot give your toolbar a different color than the other toolbars. Sorry, but that's the way it is. You can try to find or design catchy icons for your toolbar buttons.
