Customised form page looks like older version (XP and 2003)

I have customised a page in a Contact form and included some user defined fields on it.

When I use the form the customised page looks like an older version

When you are in design mode, if you right-click the background and go through the Properties and Advanced Properties dialogs, you might be able to find a place to set the color. Or maybe that only works for text (foreground rather than background)...

Thank you for your reply. I can see now that I can change the background colour in the Advanced Properties. Changing the format of the controls to match the new 2003 design seems to be much trickier
