Error message on boot (XP Home SP2)

I recently started getting an error message 'TBKNTService.exe has encountered a problem' with the standard offer to report it to MS, and I have repeatedly let the report go through. I have searched high and low, online and off, and can find no reference to it anywhere. It started turning up after the most recent set of XP patches, but I had made other changes as well at about the same time. Does anyone know what it is?

Control Panel - Admin Tools > Computer Management...

Open up the services and see if you can see if it is listed - it may show a description.

    Otherwise, Run > msconfig
Anything listed in the startup window to give you an indication of what it is?

Thanks very much. It was FileStream Turbobackup, which I installed but haven't used, and I guess it has a setup for recurring backups.
