Shortcut to Folder in Folders View

I have created a Shortcut to a specific folder on my C: drive. I have sub-folders within that folder. I want to see the Folders View on the left hand side. Every time I click this shortcut, I then have to click View, Explorer Bar, Folders.
Is there any kind of a parameter I can add in the Shortcut target command that would automatically open the view to the Folders view when I click the shortcut?
