    Missing Menu (2003)

I'm trying to create a link with Access to some manufacturing software we use. I have instructions from the suppliers on how to do this, but I'v hit a snag. I've created the code, as requested, and the last instruction says go the Run menu and select "Go/Continue". This isn't there.

If you have created VBA code, they probably mean the first menu item in the Run menu. If the insertion point is in a procedure, this is Run Sub/UserForm, it used to be Go/Continue in older versions of Access.

Thanks Hans. I tried that but got a runtime error, but I cut and pasted the code from their documentation, so it should be right. I'll have to get in touch with them.

Getting in touch with them is a good idea, but if you wish you can post the code here, with an indication on which line the error occurred. Perhaps someone will have a suggestion.

Thanks Hans, but I think I've spotted the problem. The code tries to connect to a text file on the C: drive, when the actual data is on a network drive. Changing this should sort it, I hope.
