{Keep window on top} Arrgh!! Have you ever opened a Help window,
but every time you click on another window, the Help screen
disappears? I needed to see that, darn it! This pointy program can
solve that dilemma. It puts a new option in the system menu
(that's when you right click on a window's title bar) that'll keep
a window on top at all times. The whole works can be run (or shut
off) from the system tray. Finally, those help menus might
actually be helpful for a change. All this clicking, dragging and
resizing, who needs it?
