    XL 2003 Calculated Item (2003)

    I know this is a "simple" question but I can't find the answer -- just switched from Excel 2000 to 2003. Have used pivot tables and calc items and calc fields and know how to add them BUT in Excel 2003, I built a pivot then tried to add a calculated item and right clicked to bring up the menu--and nothing referring to adding this was found. Could not find help in the Help, on line, in google...
    Again, know this should be simple but it has me whipped

    Click on Pivot Table in the Pivot Table toolbar. Select Formula | Calculated Item from the menu that drops down.
