    ShortCut to Explorer (XP SP2)

What instructions do I need to set in the shortcut
so that I can set explorer to open with a specific directory
BUT... very important, with the folders panel also showing

    I tried the entry below

    %SystemRoot%explorer.exe M:

It opens up the required folder, but the folders panel on the right does not show.
Instead it is the main tasks panel

    Set the target to

    %windir%explorer.exe /e,M:

The /e switch tells Windows to show the Folders panel.
