    Creating Grid Output (2002)

    Hello All:

I have a table that has many different products's prices for each location in the world. I want to create a report or query that will list the products across the top in columns with the locations down the left column and with the relevant price in the intersecting square...does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Craig

    That's called a crosstab query.
    - Create a query based on your table.
    - Add the Location, Product and Price fields.
    - Select Query | Crosstab Query.
    - Set the Total and Crosstab options as follows:

    Location: Group By, Row Heading
    Product: Group By, Column Heading
    Price: Sum, Value
