Outlook e-mail icons (2002 SP3)

    Hi,

I have searched and searched for a list that you give me an explanation of all the icons that appears next to an E-mail, but I have not been successful. I am referring to the icon that appears in the icon column when the E-mail headers are listed, i.e. closed envelop, open envelop, envelop with a little "i" in bottom right corner, .etc...

I am sure that this has already been discussed, but can anyone refer me to such a list.

    Thanks,

    Gilles

    Outlook > Help
and use the Answer Wizard to search on
email icon

The attachment below shows what's available in OL2K - I don't think there is much difference.

    Thanks Leif,

I can't seem to be able to locate this list of icon in the Outlook XP. It looks like Microsoft has removed it from the help documentation. The list you provided will be helpful, but there are still some new XP icons missing. I am trying to gather this list for training purposes.

    Thanks,

    Gilles

I'm afraid I can't find it in OL2002 help either!

    Thanks for your help anyhow...

I've tried Google, AV, microsoft.com, and now here.... I guess I'll just this out of the training, since that there are certain icons that I can't seem to explain.

    Thanks again,

    Gilles
