Row Headings for Combo Box (2000)

    Hi,
I have a combo box where once the user clicks on the drop down arrow he sees about 5 fields. Is there anyway to have row headings so the user knows what field is what?
    Thanks,
    Deb

If you mean column headings then just set the Column Heads property to Yes.

Adding to that..is there a way to shade/color the column headers in a combo box?

No, at least not without using Windows API functions, which I wouldn't recommend.

The column headings are actually the first row in the combobox, which is why they are the same color as the items in the list.
