Charting a second value (Excel 2002)

I want to create a simple bar chart with a slight twist. I work in the Western Area, which is comprised of 12 districts. I want a chart showing each of the districts' sales percent increase/decrease to same period last year (SPLY), which would be twelve bars in the chart.

Then, I want a horizontal line through them which represents the total Western Area % to SPLY, so we can easily see who is above or below the Area number.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I know there's a trend line feature, but that's not what we need.

    Can someone help?

    Thanks for any help, Rick

Is this what you are after (see attached).

It is a Chart type - custom type- line and column

Yes it is, thanks! I don't have a clue why I didn't see it earlier. I appreciate the help.
