Simple Code needed (Access 2000 Pro)

Does anyone have or know where I can find some simple code to lock down a database after so many hours (some kind of time increment).

Sort of like Shareware. I would like to be able to put a simple code that makes a Message box come up when database is activated. The message box would say something to the effect that you have 168 hours to test the database. It would count down from the original moment it was turned on and then at the 168th hour it would ask for a 5 digit code. Once the code was put in the would stop the message from ever appearing and the code would not have to be put in each time.
    Thanks

There is no simple code that will do this. Are you trying to implement some sort of licensing or are you just trying to protect your work from being pirated?

I am doing some changes on an exisitng database and he wants to "make use my stuff works" before I am compensated. So I wanted to make sure that after he tried it for a while he couldn't continue to use it indeffinately.
    Thanks
