    Right join (Access 2000)

    What is the difference between following two expressions:

    1. sql = " DELETE orders.*, orders.orderid FROM orders WHERE orders.orderid In (" & SelectOrder & ")"
    2.
    sql = "DELETE [order details].*, orders.orderid" & _
    FROM orders RIGHT JOIN [order details] ON orders.orderid = [order details].orderid" & _
    WHERE orders.orderid In (" & SelectOrder & ")"

    Both codes work, i am just curious

    Re: Right join (Access 2000)

    The difference is that the second SQL includes a table that isn't used for anything, so it has no influence on the result.
