My XP Pro PC is behaving strangely. I want to set up a new user, bur Limited is greyed out. My only choice is Admin. What happened to Power User and User? Did they disappear with SP2?

Those groups are available on the XP Pro SP-2 PCs here. So, it is not genereic to SP-2. Is your PC networked via a domain?
