    Sharing/Group Calendars (2003)

There are about 15 people in my department who would like to share and/or create a group calendar. We are using Exchange and Outlook 2003. The end goal is for people to be able to enter their information either in their own calendars and have them aggregated to a "master" calendar or view or to simply use a single master calendar where everyone enters their information into it.

I tried the sharing calendar option in Outlook, but found that it doesn't work too well when people choose to keep their e-mail and calendars in personal folders on their PC instead of keeping their mail on the server. What other options do I have? Note that I am not the Exchange administrator, so I would like options that we can do first without involving the admins.

    Thanks,

Over the years, it has become progressively more difficult to share Outlook calendar info "without involving the admins". Perhaps you could try looking at what is available at Slipstick - in case that may give you an initial lead. HTH
