    Query by time of change (12 hrs ago...) (2000)

    I have a table that tracks all changes to locations of employees. I need to create a query that shows all changes in the previous 12 hours. How do I specify that?

    I assume that you have a date/time field in the table.
    Create a query based on the table, and set the criteria for the data/time field to

    >Now()-0.5

    Dates and times are stored in units of 1 day, so 12 hours = 0.5 (a half day).
