    Deferred broadcasting (Outlook 2003)

I would like to do the following:
I would like to write a message today, and configure OL to send it on a future date, at a given time.
I was trying to set this feature up, but cannot find the way to do it.
    Could somebody please help me?
    Thanks in advance.

Click "Options" in the toolbar of the e-mail message window (not in the main Outlook window)
Tick the check box "Do not deliver before".
    Specify a date and time.
    Click OK.

Note: if you are sending/receiving through a Microsoft Exchange server, see <post#=474957>post 474957</post#>!

    Hi Hans;

    Thanks for your reply.
I meant to reply earlier but was busy.
I am afraid I will need a bit more of help, as I am not able to go to the e-mail message window from the main OL2003 window I have.
I am attaching a view of what I get when opening, and then filing a mssge to (for instance), Woody's folder.
I will appreciate your guidance in this regard.
    Thanks (again) in advance.

What I meant is: you start composing a new e-mail by clicking the New button on the left hand side of the toolbar.
The window in which you write the e-mail has a toolbar of its own.
One of the items in this toolbar is labeled "Options".
Click this toolbar button to set the "Do not deliver before" option.
This doesn't make sense for received messages, only for new outgoing messages.
