    Business Cards print one to a page (2002)

    Hi,

    I used label wizard to design business cards for the agency. The business card is filtered by an employee name in lstname. This works fine. My only problem is that instead of a full sheet of the same name being generated, I'm getting just one card generated. How do I get it to print so that the entire page is filled with the same employee name?

    Thanks,
    Leesha

    You can use code like this in the On Print event of the detail section. The constant NumberOfCopies is the number of labels on a page, change this constant as needed. Also, substitute the correct field name for EmployeeName.

    Private Sub Detail_Print(Cancel As Integer, PrintCount As Integer)
    ' Modify as needed
    Const NumberOfCopies = 8
    Static strPreviousName As String
    Static lngCurrentCount As Long
    If Me.EmployeeName = strPreviousName Then
    lngCurrentCount = lngCurrentCount + 1
    If lngCurrentCount < NumberOfCopies Then
    Me.NextRecord = False
    End If
    Else
    lngCurrentCount = 1
    strPreviousName = Me.EmployeeName
    If NumberOfCopies > 1 Then
    Me.NextRecord = False
    End If
    End If
    End Sub
