    Calendar Items (Outlook 2003)

In Outlook Calendar, I have entries that go back to May of 2002. With entries being added every day, does this affect the amount of space available for incoming mail? It seems that the occurrence of mailboxes being out of space is becoming more frequent. If the amount of space used by our calendars affects the amount of space available for incoming mail, do you have a suggestion on how to archive our calendar entries?

    Re: Calendar Items (Outlook 2003)

On Exchange, Calendar Items use User Mailbox Server-side space. It would make sense to AutoArchive items older than 'n' months old; the default 6 months makes sense. You can access the setting for the Calendar by right clicking the Calendar Folder and selecting the AutoArchive tab. Does this help?
