    Pivot Table Zero Values (XP; SR3)

    How does one suppress zero values from appearing on a pivot table? I have attached an example file for your review.

    You could use an autofilter to "hide those rows" The downside is that it will hide some of the "entry by"s since some are in those rows.

    If you sorted the pivot descending by the totals and then filtered to remove the zeroes, it would show them all

    I have one additional question...

    Is it possible to shade the subtotal and total rows with a fill color of choice? I want to utilize the standard report format with the fill color.

    Glad you found what you need.

    Just in case it is not obvious, the macros will have to be rerun whenever you refresh the pivot table.
