    TOA-delete entry (2003)

    Hi,

I'm working on a project that requires a TOA. So far so good but I do wish there were some extra features that I've seen thru Search others ask for (eg, being able to have multiple short entries; I tried manually entering a 2nd s switch but that just deleted the first s entry).

My fat fingers accidentally typed a case wrong. I've corrected it since so that the text (TA field) no longer has the incorrect entry. But the incorrect entry is still in the list of short citations. Is there a way to get rid of it in the list? Obviously this is not critical but it's a nuisance.

    TIA

    Fred

I don't use TOA features very often, but for the second issue, press Alt+F9 and see whether your corrected case name is marked with an incorrect "short name" inside the otherwise hidden TA field code. As with changes to hyperlinks, you often have to do these kinds of things in two places...

What do ya know? I guess my fat fingers got in the way twice. I thought I caught all uses of the wrong entry but there was one more. Now it's gone.

Huh? did I ask a question on hyperlinks?

    Thanks Jefferson.
