I have a user who asked me to create a Resource Mailbox, one for each of two conference rooms and for a projector. I did and they work just fine, but (isn't there always a but) he wants the calendar for each of these resources to be viewable under his locations public folders. (See attachment).

I have fiddled around with this and can not find a way to link-merge a resource mailbox accounts private calendar with a calendar that is publicly accessible. IMHO the public calendar is sufficient for his locations needs. I did a search and saw mention of a Team Calendar Add-in and the use of Group Schedules.

The user wants a person to be able to, from their own Outlook account, schedule a meeting and a resource and have that time block show on a calendar that is contained in a public folder. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for any comments, suggestions, ideas.
