    Lists and Pivots (Excel 2003)

I am using an Excel list as the source for a pivot table. All was well until a couple of days ago when suddenly I was told that my source was invalid. I think it has something to do with how the list is defined in the query: see below.

    'Projectadvertising databasesDAILY LINEAGE[Circulation Data List.xls]circdata'!$A$1:$F$189

It appears to me that because the F column is defined as ending at cell 189, that this isn't allowing for 'growth' of the list. Maybe that's not the problem, but whatever it is, I can't figure it out. The list has to be able to grow because I enter new data to it every day. Since it has worked for several months now, I don't want to change it. Can you help?

    Thanks,

    Sherry

You can define a dynamic range and use that as data source for the pivot table. See Excel -- Pivot Tables -- Dynamic Data Source on the site of Debra Dalgleish.
