    Autorun (WinXP Home SP2)

Probably too simple to even bother anyone but HOW do I set my puter to autorun a CD when I put one in the drive? It worked before but I've done something and now I have to manually start each time I put a CD, a Floppy or a Zip in the drives.

    Thanx mucho.

Right click your CD drive in Windows Explorer.
    Select Properties.
    Activate the AutoPlay tab.
You can specify which application will be started, if any, for various types of disk/content (select a type from the dropdown list, then click one of the applications listed below it)

Occasionally the standard fix doesn't work. I use a small free file from Microsoft- Autoplay Repair Wizard, available through the download page of the MS site.

Thanx to Dianne and Hans for both suggestions. Tried Hans's first and it worked great.
