    Smart tags (Office 2003 SP2)

Where can I get a list or information about the values a smart tag (i.e., the financial smart tag) will recognize?
By chance, one of my old worksheets contained the column heading "AREA", and Excel 2003 recognized this as a financial tag. Trying other "famous" names like IBM, 3M, etc. did not work ....
Similarly for Names in other languages. What are the rules here?

It appears, from here for instance, that the Smart Tag definition of "well known names" is the Stock Exchange Abbreviation used in the US. From what I have seen, you can "roll your own" Smart Tags in other languages, but there seem to be no ready made ones. Smart Tag Lists are written in XML - which Microsoft promises as the new file format in the next version Office. IF that format change does happen, then Smart tags may be come more pervasive. HTH
