    Create/Insert Multiple Pages (XP)

    <img src=/S/hello.gif border=0 alt=hello width=25 height=29>

    I have created a single page document which contains textboxes and other objects. I need to convert this to a 28 page document; each page being a replica of the first. I hope this makes sense.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Is this a one-time operation? You could insert a manual page break at the end (Ctrl+Enter), then select all (Ctrl+A), copy to the clipboard (Ctrl+C), and paste 28 times (Ctrl+V).

    If you need to do this repeatedly, it could be made into a macro.

    Rob

    To save you the trouble

    Sub NewPages()

    Selection.InsertBreak Type:=wdPageBreak
    Selection.WholeStory
    Selection.Copy

    For i = 1 To 28
    Selection.PasteAndFormat (wdPasteDefault)
    Next i
    End Sub

    Thanks Jerry. That's a really useful snippet.
