    Record of use (Outlook 2000)

    OK,
Reviewing the exam prep CD and there is one question on it, I can't understand...

It says...Display a record of use of Microsoft and other computer applications.

    WHAT?

Not sure but could it be referring to the Journal?

In Outlook 2k, click on Tools|Options. On the Preferences tab click on Journal Options. Could this be what it is asking about?

Re: Record of use (Outlook 2000)

It may be talking the Journal, but even the Journal makes mention that the Activities tab on the contact item is a better way to do this...will rerun through the prep exam and try this question again...does anyone know why on the Certiport CD Prep for MOS there is no Outlook 2002 prep exam? It has all MS tests in 2000 and 2002 except Outlook 2002...and only contains the Outlook 2000 Version.
Will try the Journal, and the activities tab and let you know what it was wanting here in a minute

    Nope...neither and nor...

Won't let me go to Tools...Options to get to the Journal command button
Nor is there any way to see the Activity Tab for Contact Item...I'm fed up...any other suggestions. It's this one dumb question keeping me from a perfect prep score.

Try clicking on Journal in the task list.
