    Make a new Query (access)

I was wondering if there is a way to filter through my database and find a JobType=CWS300 with a Rate=less then 3.5?

Are the two fields in the same table?

You don't give the version of Access, but assuming it's at least Access97 or later, you can right click on a field and specify a value to filter by, and you can do that progressively, so you could right click first on the JobType, and then again on the Rate fields. You can then remove the filter with another right click, and choosing the remove filter option, or you can use the toolbar. This assumes the toobars and right-click menus haven't been turned off by the developer. Just another alternative to building a query.
