Repeating paragraph font size (Word 2002)

In Word 97, one could select a paragraph mark, change the font size, hit Enter and then on subsequent para marks, hit F4 to have the changed size reflected in the selected mark. (This, of course, without having done any new typing before performing the F4 operation.)

It appears that this is not the case with Word 2002, or am I missing something?

    Thank you.

It works OK for me (Word 2002 SP-3). F4 is still the 'Repeat last action key', unless you have assigned it to another action. You can check this as follows:
    - Select Tools | Customize...
    - Click Keyboard...
    - Click in the 'Press new shortcut key' box.
    - Press F4
The action currently assigned to F4 will be displayed below the box.

    Hans -

Thank you, as usual, for your prompt reply. I shall see if F4 has been re-assigned when I get to the office where Word 2002 is installed. I should've thought of checking that out myself.

    Have a good week-end,
