I'm looking for a free program that will let me automate the manual process of stepping through a list of Windows XP folders in Explorer and changing the icons to something more exciting that a mass of plain yellow folder icons. I imagining some sort of Explorer like program with 2 window view that will let me do this.
Right now, I am doing it manually as I reinstall each application after my recent Windows reinstall, but this is pain and slow.
Here's an example of what I want to achieve in case I am not describing this clearly:
