Don't print the shading in the cell (XP)

    Good morning
I have created this easy to use automated invoice for a (not very computer literate) client of mine.

However, is it at all possible for me to shade the cells he has to fill out but this shading will not print.

    Thanks

If you select File | Page Setup..., activate the Page tab and tick the Black and White check box, then click OK, cell shading will not be printed. As a side effect, all text will be printed in black.

The setting is saved with the worksheet. If you have multiple sheets that need to be printed, you must set Black and White for each sheet.

An option may be to lock those cells that should have nothing entered in them - using Tab then zig-zags down the page stopping only at allowed cells.
