    Restore Palm data

MY PC crashed. After reinstalling Windows, Palm, et al. I tried to restore my data. I had backed up the PalmLJ folder. When I restored that folder to the new Palm installation all my calendar events were shifted one day! Monday's appointments show up on Sunday. Anyone got any clues to what's happening?

Do you have the date set correctly on both machines? It could be one is a year off causing the one day shift.

And from left field, is it possible that your re-installed software has the calendar beginning on a day other than Sunday? I admit I've never tried that, so I don't know what would happen to live data. Are you using the Palm Desktop for your PC calendar?

Following up on the date theme, I wonder if your Palm is set to the wrong timezone (or the PC??). If all your appointments (you've noticed) are for 1 or 2 in the afternoon, they'd sync to 1 or 2 in the morning if the timezone was for the other side of the globe.

Thanks for all the replies, but my original post was a year ago! Where has it been hiding all this time? The problem was solved - incorrect date on the Palm.
