    Outlook Forms (XP / 2003)

    I seem to remember years ago creating a form so I could have the "Save a copy" option as a check box on the form rather than going through the Options button or as a prompt. did i dream it? or how would i create it on a form.

    If you choose Tools>Design This Form and look at the All Fields list, there is one called "In Folder" but I don't see any that would specifically assign the "Save in" field. Which is strange because many of the View>Options fields are in that list. Perhaps you had a little script in your form that was setting the field?
